With every purchase from KOTIAM you are supporting our social entity which fights against period poverty by donating reusable pad kits that help Kenyan girls to stay healthy, happy and in school during their period. We partner with two women's groups in Eastern Kenya who handcraft the accessories from local materials using skills and crafts that have been passed down for generations. In the creation of the bags these female artisans are gaining an income, self-confidence and sharing skills with their families and community. Our collection is made by women, for women.
